Our Design Process When Custom-Creating Your Jewellery Pieces

Jewellery is a statement piece, not just an accessory; it takes a lot of hard work to custom design our pieces, coupled with the creative passion that our team weaves into each item. We have a seamless and streamlined process when custom-designing your beautiful jewellery pieces that we’ve outlined below, so you can understand each step when we create your bespoke item.

We work in collaboration with you and get to know you and your personality so we can ensure that your uniqueness shines through. We have years of experience creating our jewellery, and we have designed a range of different products for all sorts of occasions: engagements, weddings, birthdays, appreciation, and gestures of love – to name a few. Here is our design process and the simplicity and intricacies of creating your custom design.
This is an exciting process, and we will manage each and every aspect of your ideas to bring your dream piece into reality.
We take care to ensure that we capture every element that you’re looking for, so take a look at our design process to understand what the odyssey that we’re about to embark on entails.

THE Consultation

At this initial phase, we will make an appointment to go through your ideas and discuss the outcome of your custom-designed jewellery. We will look at any inspiration you may have and store those pictures for when we create the final piece. To make the process even more, simple, Brett – our owner and designer – will take the time to go through our past designs and show you elements from our website and social media to help guide you through this ideation process.

THE DESIGN

In the second phase, we will compile your ideas and options before we bring your design to life. We will take pencil to paper to sketch your jewellery idea, capturing your entire vision as well as elements that may have been overlooked. We will continuously refine your sketch until you’re happy with the final design, and then we can organise a quote for the total custom design.

THE BUILD

Once a deposit is taken, the design journey begins, where we will bring your ideas to life and exceed even your wildest expectations. We will then manufacture your item, capturing each and every magnetising element that we discussed during the first two phases. We will keep you informed throughout the whole process and provide frequent updates, so you’re aware of the progress we’re making. Delivery can vary from 2 to 6 weeks, depending on how complex your design is. You can trust Brett to bring your idea into full-fruition.

THE COLLECTION

This is the final step, the step where we have completed the entire process and brought your creation into existence. Here is the happiest time because the exciting process of designing your jewellery finally culminates into a wearable piece. When your design is completed, we will arrange the pickup of your Deer Honey creation or the secure delivery of your bespoke item if you’re interstate or overseas. We love to hear your feedback, and this is such an exciting time across the board; we cherish seeing your face when you collect your bespoke custom-designed jewellery.
