THE WARRANTY ON OUR BESPOKE JEWELLERY PRODUCTS

Deer Honey Jewellery prides itself on the high standard and workmanship that goes into making every piece of jewellery. We recommend visiting the studio at least every two years for our jewellers to inspect the condition of your ring. We will guarantee the craftsmanship of all our pieces; however, general wear and tear are to be expected. Extensive damage due to misuse is not covered.

We recommend removing your jewellery when doing heavy work with your hands, for example, gardening and going to the gym.

Deer Honey Jewellery prides itself on the standard of its workmanship and the quality of our products. We do not do business with any supplier who deals with or sells conflict diamonds. We take ethical sourcing and manufacturing very seriously and only work with suppliers who can confirm their supply chain is one of the ethical standards that are expected in the Australian market.

We will repair or replace any handmade piece created by Deer Honey Jewellery that has been assessed by a professionally accredited jeweller and is deemed to be faulty.

Custom designs are non-refundable as every effort is made during the design process to ensure our customers have a complete understanding and approval of the finished piece.

This returns policy is governed by the laws in force in Queensland, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
